The Wet Area is one of the important sections within the Center. It includes Sauna, Steam rooms, and hot Jacuzzi, all are there to provide comfort and relaxation. This is in addition to the fact that these services are well known to improve blood circulation and sweat excretion in the body, as well as strengthen the skin texture.

Cafeteria:
Flex Fitness Center’s Cafeteria serves a vast variety of freshly squeezed juices, protein shakes, energy drinks, and soft drinks.
